How do I identify a species?
Fill the frame with your subject and capture it, or pick a photo from your library. NatureLens reads the photo and matches the most likely species with a confidence reading.
What does the confidence reading mean?
It shows how sure the match is. When confidence is low, compare the suggested lookalikes or confirm with a specialist before relying on it. See the Identification Disclaimer.
Can I trust it for foraging or safety?
No — treat every identification as a starting point, not a determination. Many species have toxic or protected lookalikes. Always confirm with a qualified specialist before acting.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open your App Store account settings to manage or cancel anytime. There is no free trial and no lock-in.
How do I delete my data?
Your data is stored on your device, so deleting the app removes everything it created.
